Booking Condition
Booking
All booking and reservation shall be made through fax or letter or email to
MT & K Tourism Co. Ltd.
Payment
- An advance deposit of 50% of full payment is needed to receive 21days
prior to arrival.
- The rest of full payment will be paid before arrival date or on arrival
in Yangon in US$ cash.
- The payment to be made by telex transfer to Myanmar Investment and
Commercial Bank (MICB)
No. 526/532, Merchant Street
Yangon, MYANMAR.
Telex No. : 21244 MICB BK BM - directly through it's correspondent bank, by
crediting over US$ Account No 36014383 at City Bank, New York) stating - the
beneficiary to MT & K Tourism Co, Ltd., Account No- FM 10 152 U- Yangon,
Myanmar.
- MT&K reserves the right to cancel or accept booking at her discretion
for pre-arrangement, if an advance deposit is not received within 21 days
prior to arrival date, unless prior arrangement with MT&K in writing
otherwise.
Travelling with children
Children who are under 12 year of age up to above 2 year old is entitled to
get 50% of adult price in sharing the same room of parents and under 2 year old
is free of charge subject to existing bedding arrangement of one adult for one
child and children above 12 year of age will be charged same price of a parent.
Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect the day on which the written
notice is received.
More than 28 days prior to arrival date - 10% for a confirmed booking.
From 28 to 22 days prior to arrival date - 25 % of full
payment will be charged.
From 21 to 8 days prior to arrival date - 40 % of full
payment will be charged.
From 7 days prior to arrival date – 50 % of full payment
will be charged.
Reservation, cancellations refer to and include
variation, amendments.
Responsibility
We will make with all-out effort to operate and keep up with itinerary but
some irregularities might occur though it is not expected. Therefore, we shall
not be liable and accept claims for any kind of delay, loses, accident,
sickness, weather and other cases, which is beyond our control.
Refund
In accord with cancellation policy and no refund will be given after the commencement of travel.
