Palaung" one of the tribes of Shan nationals. They
all are Buddhist and their native is cool and calm. The national costume
of the Palaung is Black shirts for males and females are red and black
blouse and red striped longyi (sarong) and they used to put towel
roundel the head and also used to wear silver rings at waist and silver
bracelet at the wrist.

Day 1 law - Ywarthit - Taryaw - Viewpoints
After breakfast trekking to Nyaungone village about 3 hours, continue to ShweMinphon (Palaung
village) about 1 hour. Lunch break and trekking to Ywarthit (Palaung village)
about 2 hour, proceed to Taryaw (Palaung village) about 30 minutes. Visit at
Palaung traditional long house, tealeaf drying, and next to view Point. Dinner
and overnight at village house.
Day 2 HninKhaGone - MyinHtaik- MyinSainGone - Kalaw

Breakfast and continue trekking to HninKhaGone (Palaung village) about 1 hour, proceed to
KanBarNi (Danu village) about 45 minutes and MyinHtaik (Danu village) about an
hour and 30 minutes. Lunch break and continue to PanTinGone village (TaungYoe
village) about 30 minutes. Back to Kalaw passing through MyinSainGone (Danu
village). Overnight in Kalaw.
